204 is a normal no-bid. Treat 429 and 5xx as retryable with exponential backoff; do not retry 4xx other than 429.

Creative review, misuse reporting, and disclosure handling.
Reports are triaged within one business day. Include the creative identifier, the property it appeared on, and a timestamp so the serving record can be retrieved before log expiry.
Creatives found to breach policy are withdrawn from all regions within fifteen minutes of a confirmed report. Repeat offenders are suspended pending review.

Consent signals are validated before any bid is entered. Requests that fail TCF or GPP validation are dropped at the edge and are not logged.
Retention — raw request logs 35 days, aggregates 24 months.

Partner support operates 24 hours across all regions.
Existing partners should open a case through the console so the ticket is attached to their property record.
